Whilst we are confident that our software is very user friendly, we appreciate that when you are getting started you may need some assistance and help to get up and running. HLS solutions therefore offer personalised training sessions in your office, where we will discuss your working practises and take you through all aspects of the software to work out how it can be utilised best for your business.
If you prefer to have a smaller "top up" training sessions, or break it down into smaller parts of the program, we are able to offer remote training, where we will talk you through this over the telephone, whilst remotely connecting to your machine in the office and running through this on your screen.
All our trainers have vast experience within the Property Industry and are completely familiar with our software. In addition to carrying out training, the trainers will speak to you both before and after your training to ensure you maximise the benefit from the training provided.
