HLS Solutions was founded in 2009 to address a lack of relevant software options for the Holiday Letting industry. Setup with a clear goal, we want to be able to provide a software package that meets ALL of the everyday requirements of the Holiday Letting agent.
To achieve this we have put together a formidable team with experience in Holiday Lettings, IT, Finance, Property and most importantly Customer Service.
To build the business we want all of our customers to recommend our software, and to do this we realise we need to reach and exceed our customers expectations. We understand that we cannot be perfect all the time, however we are committed to listening to our customers and making changes to our software to constantly evolve and improve.
We will always endeavour to help you maximise your investment in our software package and will do our utmost to resolve any queries that you may have. We also welcome any suggestions you have for improvements and additions that would help make the software easier or better for you to use. Whilst we will not always be able to complete these immediately, we will however always provide you with feedback on what is happening with your suggestions and make it easy for you to receive updates on this.
